The present training has been designed to provide a practical tool for local administrations to include priority focus on gender issues in the social planning of administered territories.
It is composed by five modules, each of which addresses a specific topic related to gender equality:
- Access to medical care and reproductive and sexual health;
- Violence and exploitation of women;
- Access to employment, careers and equal pay;
- Recognition and valorisation of care work;
- Representation in decision-making processes and empowerment of women.
